Alice,
This is very hard for me because I want so much to say 
some magical words to make all of your pain go away,
but you and I both know it just doesn't work that way. But 
I think you know by now what a special friend you are to me.
I love you so much and it breaks my heart when I think of 
all that you are going through. I am praying very hard for
you and all of the ones who love JR.  I am here you know
if you ever want to talk. I chose this picture because I know
JR liked to fish and it seems so peaceful, I can just 
imagine him like this in Heaven. Someday we will be 
with our JRs again and the four of us will fish together.
Stay strong, keep the faith, and remember there is not
a person here who doesn't understand your pain and is 
willing to listen if you need to talk. Please take of

WELL MY LOVE HERE IT IS ANOTHER DAY WITHOUT THE LOVE OF MY LIFE, i NEED YOUR HUGS SO MUCH RIGHT KNOW I CAN'T BELEIVE IT'S ALMOST 4 YEARS SINCE YOUR GONE, I NEED YOU TO GUIDE ME IN WHAT TO DO, THE DOCTOR IS TALKING ABOUT PUTING A  SLINT IN MY HEART SINCE I JUST HAD A HEARTATTACK THEY TOLD ME AT THE HOSPITAL IT WAS A MILD ONE BUT THEN I WENT YESTERDAY FOR FOLLOW UP AND THE DOCTOR WANT'S TO SEND ME TO ANOTHER DOCTOR FOR A SECOND OPENING, BUT I DON'T KNOW IF I WANT TO HAVE IT DONE IF I NEED IT. I know that this is a tremendously hard week for you but 
you are stronger than you think. Please don't be alone on 
JRs anniversary date. Go out to lunch with an old friend, a 
family member, just get out. You know  JR wouldn't 
want you to be so sad. 
He would want us to rejoice that he is
safely home with Jesus.
